Are used tires safe?
Every used tire we sell is hand-inspected for tread depth, even wear, and casing damage before it goes on the rack. If we wouldn't run it on our own truck, we won't sell it to you.
Can you fix a flat tire?
In most cases, yes. Punctures in the tread area are repaired with an industry-standard patch-plug applied from inside the tire. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder can't be safely repaired — if that's the case, we'll tell you straight and quote your replacement options.
Do I need an appointment for tire service?
No appointment needed — walk-ins are always welcome Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. For new tire orders, calling ahead lets us have your tires waiting when you arrive.
Why is my steering wheel shaking at highway speed?
A vibration around 55–70 mph is very often a wheel balance issue. Our computerized balancer measures exactly where the assembly is off and corrects it with precisely placed weights. If balancing doesn't cure it, we'll tell you what we found.
Can I bring in tires I bought online?
Absolutely. We'll mount and balance customer-supplied tires, replace the valve stems, and dispose of your old tires. Call for a quote before you come in.
Will my TPMS light turn off after tire service?
We check and reset tire pressure monitoring systems as part of tire service. If a sensor is dead or damaged, we'll let you know before doing any work.
What happens to my old tires?
